If it were true that users easily change page does not explain why the millions of Gmail users or Twitter page does not change every time you drop your service: If the competition is just a click because they use another service?

Think of the pages you use most, Does anyone using Flickr, Facebook, WordPress or Tuenti because he found it on Google? How many pages is recorded unless it is because people have a very clear expectation or a recommendation from someone you know?
